Are pets allowed?

Yes (One Only) - For dogs there is a small charge of £10 for the week & £7 for weekends.

Is smoking allowed in the house?

No.

Do we need to bring bed linen or towels?

No, all linen and towels are included in your rental.

Do we pay extra for electricity or fuel?

Our homes include all electricity charges.

Do we have to pay extra for cleaning?

No, the cleaning of the home is part of the rental. Although we do ask you to leave the home in a reasonable state when you leave. You are on holiday to relax!

What if we get to the home and something doesn't work?

We are on call should you need assistance with anything from a blown light bulb to a broken pipe.

Where do we collect the keys for the home?

Before your arrival we will give instructions on where to collect the keys.

We are possibly going to arrive late, can we get keys easily?

We are happy to be flexible and can arrange pickup around you.

Can we get the house cleaned and the bed linen changed part way through our holiday?

Yes, if you require a change of bed linen and/or cleaning please call us. Although the initial cleaning is included in the rental there will be a charge for an extra clean and change.

Where can we find out where the best place to eat is, or where to go fishing etc?

Call us or call into the main house and we can give you loads of independent advice on all sorts!
