This cottage is spread over two floors. The downstairs has a large entrance hall with wooden stairs, off which is located a toilet with wash basin. The hall leads through to the large kitchen which looks out on to the garden and fields beyond. The kitchen has an electric cooker, hob and extractor, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. It has a long kitchen table and chairs on a flag stone floor. Located in the carpeted lounge is a stove, TV/DVD and comfortable settees, one of which converts into a bed. |

Upstairs the floorboard landing leads to four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 : Has a double bed, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe and en-suite (Ideal family room) There is also a family bathroom with bath/shower and shaving point |

Entrance to two-story cottage is a slabbed patio area with ramp to front door. Large Kitchen /dining area with utility with sink unit, leading to back door, outside step. Drop down oven door and dishwasher, down stairs toilet. Large lounge leads of from the kitchen, glass doors leading out to path and lawn area with a step. Upstairs has four bedrooms (one is a large room) with a turning stairs, banisters rails to the right. All bedrooms have bedside lights or pull cords Bathroom has bath with shower over top and shower curtain. There is remote control TV, power switches and light switches are at recommended height, door sizes are 825mm. Mobile phone signal only outside. Laundry room access with small step |
